By booking through bnetwork, you accept these Booking Conditions.

Deposit Required

Upon signing this agreement, the organizer must pay the total deposit to bnetwork.
Your reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment requested.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the whole group:

The Hotel has reserved and kept available the rooms required for the purposes of the event.
The organizer acknowledges that the cancellation of the event will cause significant financial loss to the Hotel.
Therefore, the organizer agrees to abide by the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Fees

- From the signing of the contract: 30% of the total estimated room revenue
- From 60 to 46 days before the event: 60% of the total estimated room revenue
- From 45 to 31 days before the event: 90% of the total estimated room revenue
- After 30 days before the event: 100% of the total estimated room revenue

Partial Cancellation Policy:

The special rate granted is based on a minimum guarantee of 85 rooms per day for the nights of May 25–27, 2026 (3 nights included).
No reduction in the number of rooms below the guaranteed number, based on the daily minimum room block, is allowed.

Any last-minute cancellations / shortened stays / no-shows made within 15 days (before 4:00 PM HKT) prior to arrival will result in a charge for the entire planned stay period. However, these amounts will be deducted from the paid deposit.

Name changes can be made at any time, without restriction.

Billing

• bnetwork collects the deposits for all reservations.
• The deposits are then fully transferred to the various hotels.
• bnetwork will provide you with a reservation confirmation showing the deposit amount paid. Your official final invoice will be provided by bnetwork at the end of the event.
